Personas datu apstrādes nolūks ir Augstskolas pasākumu (vieslekcijas, izlaidumi, semināri, konferences u.c. ārpus studiju pasākumi) dalībnieku reģistrācija, informēšana par pasākumu norises izmaiņām un pasākumu norises atspoguļošana Augstskolas mājaslapā, sociālajos tīklos u.c. komunikācijas kanālos, pasākumu atspoguļošanai izmantojot foto, audio un video materiālus. Informācija par Augstskolas rīkoto pasākumu dalībnieku informācijas iegūšanas avotu par šo pasākumu un statusu (Students/Darbinieks/Absolvents/Viesis) tiek apkopota Augstskolas mārketinga vajadzībām, lai izvērtētu Augstskolas rīkoto pasākumu mērķauditorijas interesi un to pilnveidošanas nepieciešamību.

Personas datu apstrādes juridiskais pamats ir Eiropas Parlamenta un Padomes regulas Nr. 2016/679 “Par fizisku personu aizsardzību attiecībā uz personas datu apstrādi un šādu datu brīvu apriti un ar ko atceļ Direktīvu 95/46/EK (Vispārīgā datu aizsardzības regula)” 6. panta 1. punkts: a) datu subjekts ir devis piekrišanu savu personas datu apstrādei vienam vai vairākiem konkrētiem nolūkiem.

Iegūtie dati pilnībā vai daļēji var tikt nodoti reģistrācijai interneta vietnei www.mitto.me.

Reģistrējoties uz Augstskolas pasākumiem, pieteikumā norādītie personas dati tiks glabāti vietnes www.mitto.me datu bāzē. 30 (trīsdesmit) dienu laikā reģistrācijas anketā norādītie dati tiks dzēsti no interneta vietnes www.mitto.me datu bāzes. Pasākuma reģistrācijas anketā iekļautie personas dati Augstskolā tiks glabāti 30 (trīsdesmit) dienas pēc pasākuma vai, ja persona pieteikusies paziņojumu par turpmākajiem pasākumiem saņemšanai, līdz atteikuma saņemšanai.

Datu subjektam ir tiesības pieprasīt Augstskolai piekļuvi saviem personas datiem, lūgt neprecīzo personas datu labošanu vai dzēšanu, iesniedzot pamatojumu lūgumam, likumā noteiktajos gadījumos lūgt personas datu apstrādes ierobežošanu, kā arī iebilst pret apstrādi, ar jautājumiem par savu personas datu apstrādi vai par pieļautajiem pārkāpumiem savu personas datu apstrādē persona ir tiesīga vērsties ar iesniegumu pie Augstskolas datu aizsardzības speciālista vai iesniegt sūdzību uzraudzības iestādei – Datu valsts inspekcijai.

Datu subjekta personas dati tiek izmantoti tikai augstāk atzīmētajām datu apstrādēm.

Datu subjektam ir tiesības šo piekrišanu atsaukt jebkurā laikā bez nelabvēlīgām sekām, nosūtot paziņojumu uz e-pasta adresi turiba@turiba.lv. Piekrišanas atsaukums neietekmēs apstrādes likumību, kas pamatojas uz piekrišanu pirms atsaukuma.

The purpose of the processing of personal data is the registration of participants of the activities organized by the University (lectures, graduations, seminars, conferences, other extra-curricular activities), information on changes regarding the events and the presentation of events on the website of the University, social networks, and other communication channels, using photo, audio and video materials to display the events. Information on the source of information where participants of the events obtain information about the events organized by the University and status (Student/Employee/Graduate/Guest) is gathered for the marketing needs of the University in order to assess the interest of the target audience on the activities organized by the University and the need for their development.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the point (a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes of Article 6 paragraph 1 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council “On the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)”.

The data obtained may be transferred in full or in part to the website www.mitto.me.

When registering for the events organized by the University, the personal data indicated in the application will be stored in the database of the website www.mitto.me. Within 30 (thirty) days, the data indicated in the registration form will be deleted from the database of the website www.mitto.me. Personal data included in the registration form will be stored in the University for 30 (thirty) days after the event, or, if the person has subscribed to receive newsletters on following events organized by the University, until the date of receipt of a withdrawal.

The data subject has the right to request the University to have access to his or her personal data, to request the rectification or erasure of inaccurate personal data by submitting a justification for the request, to request for the limitation of the processing of personal data in cases specified in the law, as well as to object to the processing, with questions regarding the processing of his or her personal data or breaches, the person has the right to address with an application to the data protection officer of the University or to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority - the Data State Inspectorate.

The personal data of the data subject is used only for the processing of the data stated above.

The data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without adverse effects, by sending a notification to the e-mail address turiba@turiba.lv. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing, which is based on the consent prior to the withdrawal.
