All requests to attend the conference will be reviewed for security reasons. Priority access will be given to individuals working in the disinformation field and providing sufficient details about their position and organization.

By completing the registration form ("Registration Form") and paying the participation fee for the conference "Pain-Free Patient-Centered Perioperative Care" ("Event"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and commit to compliance.

Service Description

By paying the participation fee, you or another person you designate gain the right to participate in the Event. You will be able to access the plenary sessions as well as social events during the two-day conference and enjoy the catering and networking with our community during the coffee breaks and two lunches.

Service Price

The total participation fee is indicated in the Registration Form ("Participation Fee").

 

Payments

You can make the payment of the Participation Fee using the payment methods specified in the Registration Form. The Participation Fee is collected on behalf of the Organizer by the developer of the mittoevents.com platform, SIA “ABC idea”, registration number: 40103285126, legal address: Andromedas Avenue 1-70, Riga, LV-1084, Latvia, email address: info@mittoevents.com. SIA “ABC idea” has the right to collect the Participation Fee from your or your company's payment card on behalf of the Organizer. SIA “ABC idea” is not responsible for the Event's execution and its compliance with the Event program. Payment processing is carried out through a third-party payment service provider. After completing the Registration Form and receiving the Participation Fee payment, you will receive a confirmation of participation in the Event to the email address specified in the Registration Form. The Organizer is not responsible for the non-receipt of the message if you have provided an incorrect email address. The Organizer has the right to cancel the reservation for participation in the Event without prior notice and without the obligation to compensate for any resulting losses if information is received from the payment card owner, the payment card issuing bank, and/or the receiving bank or another company involved in payment processing indicating the fraudulent nature of the payment or the payer's or registered Event participant's involvement in fraudulent or illegal transactions.

 

Confirmation
After completing the Registration Form and payment, a confirmation will be sent to the email provided. The Organizer is not responsible for non-receipt if incorrect details are supplied.

Organizer ‘’Aslimnicas Macibu centrs’’ cannot be held accountable for any costs incurred before your registration is final and confirmed.

Organizer ‘’Aslimnicas Macibu centrs’’ does not cover any accommodation or travel costs for your participation in this conference.

Cancellations by the Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel reservations in cases of fraudulent or unauthorized payments.

 

Terms of Service

By filling out the registration form ("Registration Form") and making a payment for participation in the conference "Pain free patient centered perioperative care" ("Event"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and commit to complying with them. The service is provided at the time and place specified in the Registration Form and in accordance with the Event program indicated in the Registration Form. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally make changes to the Event program no later than 5 working days before the Event, ensuring an equivalent program to the one initially indicated. The Organizer will immediately inform you of changes to the Event program by sending information about the changes to the email address specified in the Registration Form. Due to extraordinary circumstances, no less than 5 working days before the planned Event, the Service Provider has the right to make changes to the Event time or place, about which the Service Provider will immediately inform you by sending the relevant information to the email address specified in the Registration.

 

Data sharing

By filling in this form, your data will be shared with Organizer ‘’Aslimnicas Macibu centrs’’ and the registration platform supplier (MITTO) for Event management purposes.

In addition, regarding this event, SIA “Riga East University Hospital” is committed to facilitating meaningful networking opportunities for all attendees by giving access to the List of Participants in advance via a networking tool, and foster networking. In this regard, we would like to inform you about the sharing of your data with fellow participants via a networking too.

Your Right to Opt-Out. While we believe that sharing this information can enhance your event experience, we respect your privacy preferences. If, for any reason, you wish to opt-out from having your basic data shared with other participants via the networking tool, please send an email to Macibucentrs@aslimnica.lv. We will promptly review and accommodate your request, taking into consideration your legitimate concerns.

 

 

Event Participation Cancellation Terms

 If you are a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal provided by regulatory enactments, which means the right to cancel your participation in the Event within 14 days from the submission of the Registration Form without providing any justification and receiving a refund of the amount paid for participation in the Event. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the Event has started before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have not exercised the right of withdrawal until the end of the Event. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised concerning accommodation (except for contracts for the rental of residential premises), transportation of goods, vehicle rental, catering, or entertainment events if the service provider undertakes to provide the service on a specific day or within a specific period. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit or send a notice to the Organizer's address: Macibucentrs@aslimnica.lv, clearly expressing your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. You can use the attached withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Organizer will refund all payments received from you within 14 days from the day the Organizer was informed of your decision to withdraw from the Event. The refund of the Participation Fee will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to receive it in another way. No fee will be charged for the refund of the Participation Fee. If you are not a consumer, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal but can cancel your or another registered person's participation in the Event under the following conditions: If your notice of cancellation of participation in the Event is received by April 14, 2025, a cancellation fee of EUR 5 will be applied; If your notice of cancellation of participation in the Event is received after April 14, 2025, the Participation Fee will not be refunded. The notice of cancellation of participation in the Event must be sent to the Organizer's email address: Macibucentrs@aslimnica.lv. You have the right to replace the registered participant in the Event with another person by informing the Organizer in advance, but no later than 5 working days before the Event, by sending a notice of participant replacement to the email address: Macibucentrs@aslimnica.lv. It is not possible to change the person making the Participation Fee payment.

 

Final Provisions

Any notice sent to the Organizer's email address specified in these Terms is considered received on the day of sending if sent on a working day by 3:00 PM, or on the next working day if sent after 3:00 PM on a working day or on a holiday. In case of questions or complaints regarding the Event, please contact the Organizer using the contact information specified in these Terms. The rights and obligations arising from these Terms are governed by the regulatory enactments in force in the Republic of Latvia.

 

Photography and Filming
Please note that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the Event. By participating, you agree that these photographs and/or videos may be used for communication purposes, including but not limited to publishing on websites, social media platforms, or other promotional materials.
