Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending the event. To ensure transparency, we have outlined the following cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation Procedure
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Please send your cancellation request to liga@meduza.events.

Cancellation Fees

60 days or more before the event date:

• • • A full refund will be provided.
    • Note: A EUR 50 processing fee may apply.

Less than 60 days before the event date:

• • • A cancellation fee of 50% of the paid fee will be charged.

Less than 30 days before the event date:

• • • A cancellation fee of 100% of the paid fee will be charged.

Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Course, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

Invitation Letter Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Should you require a letter of invitation, please note that the processing time for the letter will be up to 2 weeks. Please make your request in advance, after you have completed the registration process.
In order to issue a letter of invitation please provide the following information:

• Copy of passport
• Institutional Address
• Personal Address
• Registration to the event

Please note that the letter of invitation will only be issued if required for the VISA application.

! If the Latvian Radiology Association issued you an Invitation Letter to attend the course in Latvia and you cancel your registration, your refund will be reduced by EUR 100 to cover the cost of the Invitation Letter and related expenses.
